Plumbing repairs, leaks and fixtures

Leaking fixtures and running toilets waste thousands of gallons of water a year and can ruin cabinets and floors. We find the cause and fix it, from a worn faucet cartridge to a burst supply line.

What we do

  • Leak detection and repair
  • Pipe repair and re-piping (copper, PEX, PVC)
  • Faucet repair and installation
  • Sink installation and resealing
  • Toilet repair and installation
  • Garbage disposal repair and replacement
  • Washing machine hookups
  • Frozen pipes and winterizing

Faucets, sinks and toilets

We replace worn cartridges, valves and O-rings to stop stubborn drips on all the major faucet brands. We replace and reseal kitchen, bathroom and utility sinks so water can’t get under the counter, and we rebuild flush mechanisms, clear deep clogs and install new water-efficient toilets.

Pipes and hidden leaks

Hidden leaks cause quiet rot and mold. We track down the moisture, find the leaking or burst line, and patch or replace it cleanly. When old copper, PEX or PVC lines keep failing, re-piping steadies the water pressure and protects your water quality.

Garbage disposals and washing machines

We free jammed disposals, reset overworked motors and replace rusted, leaking or dead units with quieter ones. We also hook up washing machines and install bathroom fittings.

Frozen pipes and winterizing

Before the first hard freeze, disconnect outdoor hoses and shut off automatic sprinklers. In a manufactured home, leave the faucets at a slow drip on freezing nights so water keeps moving. If a pipe has already frozen or split, call us.
